Understand Your Animal Through Animal Communication

Deborah, Animal Whispers NZ, working remotely on animal communication

Curious about how your animal feels about their life? Noticing a change in behaviour, preparing for something new, or simply wanting to understand them better?

An Animal Insights session offers gentle, intuitive animal communication to help you better understand your cat, dog or horse, from their behaviour and overall wellbeing to their feelings, needs and the messages they want to share.

Sessions are available remotely via Zoom worldwide, or WhatsApp and mobile within New Zealand and Australia.

What is an Animal Insights Session?

A kitten with gray and black striped fur yawning while sitting on a light-colored wooden floor, with a blurred background of household objects.

An Animal Insights session is an intuitive communication with your living animal, helping you understand what they’re feeling, what they may be trying to tell you and how you can best support them.

Animals communicate through energy, emotions, images and sensations, and sometimes words, names or even dates. As an animal communicator, my role is to tune into their unique voice and share what I receive with you in clear, plain English.

You might have specific questions, feel that something is “off”, be preparing your animal for a change, or simply be curious about how they experience their life with you.

And don’t worry if you’re not sure what to ask. Sometimes animals have a few things they’d like to share before we even get to your questions!

How Can Animal Communication Help?

Emotional Wellbeing

Animals can experience stress, anxiety, confusion and overwhelm just as we do.

Animal communication can offer insight into what may be affecting them and what could help them feel more comfortable, understood and supported.

Behavioural Changes

If your animal is acting differently, withdrawing, becoming reactive or showing new behaviours, a session may help you better understand what they’re feeling and offer a different perspective on what’s happening.

Life Changes

Moving house, travelling, changes in routine, new family members or introducing another animal can all affect your companion.

While I can ask your animal to change their behaviour, helping you understand one another can often bring clarity and give you ideas about how to move forward together.

Health & Comfort

Animals may share how they’re feeling physically, what brings them comfort or what they’d like more or less of.

Animal communication is not a replacement for veterinary or specialist care. If you have concerns about your animal’s health, you should always seek professional veterinary advice.

Strengthen Your Bond

You don’t need to have a problem to book an Animal Insights session. Many people simply want to understand their animal better, including their personality, likes, dislikes, needs and how they experience the world around them.

Sometimes it’s simply lovely to hear what they have to say.

★★★★★

I booked a session for a family member of mine and his pup. He was a little skeptical at first, going into it, he wasn’t sure what to expect. Deborah was so lovely, positive, and lively throughout the whole experience. It felt like having a conversation with an old friend.

They were laughing and smiling throughout the whole session.

When the session was over, we talked about the accuracy of the reading, from the funny to the reassuring.

Deborah also helped identify problems with dog food being fed to the pup, which hopefully helps with her gassy tummy.

The session was not rushed and Deborah made sure that all questions were answered gracefully and with consideration.

It was a wonderful experience!

Deborah is such a warm woman who cares and understands animals deeply

What Can Animal Communication Tell You?

A playful dog lying on its back on the sandy beach with its paws in the air and a happy expression, with dunes and cloudy sky in the background.

Every animal communication session is unique.

Your animal might share how they feel about their current situation, something they’ve noticed about you or their environment, what makes them happy, something they’d like to change or simply a few thoughts about their life with you.

Sometimes they can be very deep and offer a few words of wisdom. Other times they can be hilarious, light-hearted and surprisingly specific.

I don’t have a “conversation” with your animal in quite the same way I would with you. I may receive images, words, emotions, sensations, names or dates. Sometimes we’re given individual pieces of a puzzle, and together we work through them to better understand what your animal is communicating.

My role is to share exactly what I see, hear or understand along the way, openly and without judgement.

— Questions for your animal communicator

Not Sure What to Ask Your Animal?

A white horse standing on grass with trees in the background at sunset.

That’s perfectly normal, and you don’t need to arrive with a long list of questions.

You might like to ask:

  • How are you feeling at the moment?

  • Is there anything worrying or upsetting you?

  • How do you feel about what’s happening at home?

  • Is there anything you’d like more or less of?

  • How do you feel about another person or animal in the family?

  • Is there anything you need me to understand?

  • What makes you happiest?

  • Is there anything I can do to support you better?

These are just a few ideas. You can ask anything that feels important to you, and your animal may have something completely different they’d like to share.

How Your Animal Communication Session Works

01.

Tell Me About Your Animal

When you book, you’ll share your animal’s name, a recent photo and any questions you’d like me to explore.

02.

I Connect With Your Animal

Before our call, I intuitively connect with your animal and make notes about the messages and insights that come through.

03.

We Talk

At your chosen time, we’ll connect via Zoom, WhatsApp or mobile. I’ll share what I’ve received and we’ll work through your questions and your animal’s messages together.

04.

Keep Their Messages

Afterwards, I’ll email you my notes from the session as a keepsake, so you can come back to your animal’s messages whenever you like.

Your animal doesn’t need to be with you, or with me, during the session. A photo is all I need.
